Hillrise B&B is open from May to end of September, we welcome bookings 7 days a week with a minimum 2 night reservation & cater for the individual business or leisure travellers as well as small groups. We regret that we are unable to cater for night clubbersor stag/ hen parties and rooms booked online for this purpose will not be refunded.
Deposits-We ask for a 50% deposit of the total cost of any reservation, this is a guarantee and confirmation of the reservation and acts as a legally binding contract between you and Hillrise. On event weekends or Bank Holidays we may require full payment of any reservations which are non refundable in order to confirm your reservation.
Cancellations- With the exception of event weekends and Bank Holidays which are paid in full and are non refundable, we require at least 14 days notice of any cancellations or changes to reservations. Reservations cancelled with less than 14 days notice or in the event of a no show will be charged the total cost of their reservation.
Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm however guests are welcome to call earlier, leave luggage with us, relax in the lounge. If arriving later, we ask that you contact us with your estimated time of arrival. T: 0044 + (0) 7715236114
Checking Out is between 7am and11am on the morning of your departure, if you require to check out earlier this can be arranged on request.
No Smoking Policy - We operate a no smoking policy throughout our premises and balconies, smoking is permitted in the sunken patio but ashtrays must be used and will be supplied on request. For your protection all areas are monitored with highly sensitive smoke detectors. Any one not adhering to these rules will be subject to immediate discharge from the property, and we reserve the right to charge the guests credit/debit card£250 for the cleaning of all affected areas inside the house.
Parking- We have ample private off street parking for all our guests. Guests parkingis at the owners risk and we do not acceptany responsibility for any damages caused to customer's vehicles or their contents under any circumstances whilst on the premises. All guestsparking at Hillrise do so at their own risk.
Breakfast- breakfasts are served from 8.00am to 10.00am in our breakfast room overlooking the garden, if you require an earlier breakfast, we are happy to arrange this with prior notice.
Loss/Damages- guests will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any breakages, loss or damage caused by them to Hillrise B&B property. Guests must report any loss or damage to their own property immediately on discovery to the proprietors, and shall make themselves available to assist with any reports that need to be made.
Health & Safety - Hillrise reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, we reasonably consider that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, or is behaving in a threatening or abusive manner. We reserve the right to ask a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance or is behaving in an unacceptable manner towards staff and/or other Guests.
Pets- We regret that with the exception of guide dogs we are unable to facilitate pets.
